Airport Express: Terms & Conditions

All our quotes are in pound sterling and are for cash payment. Payment can also be made in GBP and US Dollars Cash.
We accept all major credit cards, which are subject to a nominal c/charges.
All hires are subject to a minimum charge of Standard £40.00/ E Class and Minivan £55.00/ Minibus £75.00
Additional waiting time is charged at £20.00 per hour.
Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion.
No show ups and cancellation within 24 hours of booked time are charged at full rate.
Please Note: If you do not see your driver please call us on 079 6190 3275 we will locate your driver for you. As we guarantee that our driver will be at the pick up point, if you arrange any alternative transport without contacting our office first, you will be liable for the full fare and one hour extra waiting time at the rate of £20.00 per hour.
We cannot be held responsible for any delay which is beyond our control, although every effort will be made by the company to ensure that the vehicles arrive on time.
